I spent last night all cozy in the internet cafe, emailing people and listening to the new Dandy Warhols single and then I got home...
The first thing I hear is "We've got a problem."
One of the girls who lives here was vomiting blood, screaming, shaking, crying, drunk and she didn't have any underwear on anymore.
She went out with her boss and he kept buying her drinks...and they messed around, and then she doesn't remember the following few hours....
Dave called the Rape Crisis hotline for her and apparently, nobody gets raped after 10pm because IT WAS CLOSED!!!!
Then he tried about 5 different crisis centres...NO HELP AT ALL.
Finally we tried "999" and you KNOW what they told us!?!?!?! "We'll have a nurse call you back." A NURSE CALL US BACK!!? I couldn't believe it.
Finally a few of us took her to the hospital because we want her to to be treated for it, and eventually (hopefully) press charges and have the bastard get what he deserves.
Anyway, I didn't get hardly any sleep last night. I don't think anybody did. :/
